Ciao! I’m Fabio, an energetic and passionate Italian bartender based in Dorset UK, with over 18 years of experience across Italy, Spain, and the UK.
For me, cocktails are not just drinks, they are experiences. Each one tells a story, blending flavour, technique, and emotion to create moments people remember.
Drawing inspiration from Italian tradition, Spanish fun, and British creativity, I design events that combine craft, culture, and connection. From immersive masterclasses to private celebrations and curated cocktail & cheese events.
